added default programs

  every attachment has a basic program by default now

simplified coloring

  middle mouse colors main and glow now. 
  to select the glow color you have to hold left control and click on the color you want

spawned bot rotates to camera direction

mouse aim now works without locking the camera to the bot

new menu (already has a server selection, but multiplayer is nowhere near functioning)
